NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE JUNE 17th 2010.

We understand that for many of you this is your first Teleprompter purchase, and for others, you may harbor doubts as to whether the Teleprompter will suit your application or camera/lens combination. Of course we will be glad to help you with your choice on the phone, but at the end of the day the best way to know if it's what you expected and what we claimed is to try it.

We now offer no quibbles returns within 7 days. When you buy a teleprompter, you have 7 days to from when it is delivered to your address to get an RMA number and give it to a trackable shipper such as Fedex or UPS to send it back to us. When we receive it, with all packaging, in "as new" condition we will give you a complete refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping.

Please do not return units with out first calling or emailing us to get an RMA number. RMA numbers help prevent things falling through the cracks and ensure you get your refund promptly.

EXCEPTION TO THIS POLICY - iPads are not Returnable

If your order includes an iPad, The iPad may only be returned for service to Apple, all warranties for the iPad are through Apple, an Apple Care plan is not included but may be purchased directly from Apple.

Should you need to return a Teleprompter which came with an iPad, please do not include the iPad. If a refund is applicable it will exclude the iPad cost.
