1. Great but not quite heavy enough
  
  This counterweight is a great option to balance out the system if you have a small camera. However, with the Flex Plus 15" and the light-weight Sony PXW-Z150, this weight is about 2-3lbs shy of balancing out the front-end. Missouri State Univeristy on 6th Sep 2019
