      ProLine Plus Teleprompter

      Proline Plus Teleprompters are ultra adjustable with easy, tool-less control of camera and monitor position. The monitor is self-reversing and can display prompting with either the included PC and Mac software or with any presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote. 1000 NIT 3G-SDI and HDMI side input locking Power High Bright and 400 NIT HDMI Auto-Reversing Monitors.

      PROLINE PLUS teleprompters come completely assembled and ready to use right out of the included Custom Configured Foam. Just add your camera and connect to your tripod. When you are done prompting the beamsplitter folds flat for instant breakdown. Modular Kits allow for Conversion from a Standard Sled Mount, to a Freestanding or 15mm Model.

       

      The monitors are self-reversing and can display prompting with the included Pro Version PC and Mac software or use an app like PowerPoint, our monitors do the flip for you. PROLINE PLUS teleprompters ship pre-assembled with standard beamsplitter models from 12" to 19" shipping in an Optional add-on padded carry case, with wireless controller, Pro PC & Mac software on USB and a free download is available at no extra charge.  Our exclusive sled design allows the camera rail to be quickly removed for easy storage and travel.  PROLINE PLUS models can be used either tripod mount or Freestanding just by removing the camera extrusion and adding a stand and adapter.

      1. Well Designed & Built: A Few Minor Nits

        Overall, the 17" ProLine Plus is a solidly built and well thought out piece of gear. It struggles with the weight of some of the larger cameras out there, such as a fully kitted out Alexa or RED (nothing a block of wood wedged between the rear of the prompter and the tripod head didn't fix). Or, move the support bracket to the upper are of the sled. But it handles smaller cameras (such as BMD Ursa Mini, Sony F series, Canon C100, 300, 500 etc.) with ease.
        The few minor issues I have are that the sharp edges of the beam-splitter channels weren't smoothed, and it's easy to cut yourself while adjusting the height of the mirror.
        The beam-splitter height adjustment knobs (lower knobs) are very tight and difficult to turn at times. Not sure why they seem to bind and not release easily.
        Finally, the red plastic 'wedges' that drop into the slots at 45 degrees are difficult to disengage with only two hands - a second person makes changing the beam-splitter angle much easier - so get help.
        Other than that, the ProLine Plus works well.

      2. There's really no better way to take your speaking to the next level

        I just got the ProLine Plus teleprompter and I couldn't be happier. I teetered a little bit on potentially ordering one of the slimmer, lighter, cheaper models, but I figured if it worked at all, I was probably going to want to upgrade eventually so I might as well get the best one. I'm truly pleased. This is really great. Definitely get the tripod. Many tripods are going to wobble a bit with all of this mass at the top and that makes it difficult to keep the angle precise. I'd also recommend getting an AppleTV for the unit, so you can Airplay right into the Teleprompter right from your MacBook. Love this. It's exactly what I needed to take my speaking to the professional level. on 8th Nov 2021

      3. Great product and customer service!

        I got in a pinch ordering this product from another vendor and it wasn't going to arrive on time for my production. Got ahold of Prompter People and they had something I needed and shipped it to me with time to set it up and get it ready for my show. These guys are super helpful and made getting this and setting it up a breeze.

      4. Solid

        Well built, easy to set up and operate. Hard to use an on camera mic, so shoe connectors on teleprompter would be helpful. Software on a dongle seems like it might be easy to lose, so I suggest calling and asking for a download key for your main computer.
